Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from and use of DALFAST MarketPlace at dalfast.store. The store is operated by DALFAST, s.r.o. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean DALFAST MarketPlace and DALFAST, s.r.o.

1. Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate contact and payment information and must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use the store to violate another person’s rights.

2. Digital products

Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, our products are digital downloads and no physical item will be shipped. Product descriptions identify the included file formats. You are responsible for using a compatible device and software.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when Shopify confirms the order and payment is authorized. We may cancel or refund an order affected by suspected fraud, a pricing or technical error, unlawful activity, or inability to supply the product. Prices and applicable taxes are shown during checkout.

4. Digital licence

After full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased files for your own personal use, unless the product page expressly grants a different licence.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, republish, reproduce for commercial distribution, or make the files available to others. You may not remove copyright or ownership notices. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights.

5. Delivery and access

Digital delivery normally begins shortly after payment confirmation through the order page and/or an email download link. Delivery can be delayed by payment review, email filtering, maintenance, or a technical issue. Contact support@dalfast.com if access does not arrive or a file cannot be opened.

6. Cancellations, withdrawal, and refunds

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms. Consumers may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or refund rights under applicable law. For digital content supplied immediately, a statutory withdrawal right may end after delivery or downloading begins when the consumer has expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of that right, as permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

The store, branding, text, artwork, ebooks, layouts, downloadable files, and other original content are owned by or licensed to DALFAST, s.r.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Shopify and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, communication, or digital-delivery services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are responsible for our products and our obligations to you; Shopify is not the seller of our products.

9. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but may correct genuine errors and update the store. Product colours and layouts may appear differently depending on a customer’s device. We do not promise uninterrupted access to the website, but this does not affect obligations relating to a completed order.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer-protection obligations.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or court rights provided by the law of your country of residence.
